These guys are great. Informative, helpful, professional and friendly. The installation went smoothly in the promised time frame. The team of Victor, and Alex were amazing, Zach did the testing, and George the head of the operation was always responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly, answering all our questions along the way.
Victor and Alex did our install and they were fast, thorough, and clean. They replaced an existing ceiling mounted unit and pointed out to me that the prior installers had it hanging directly from the sheet rock. Yikes! They shored up the new one with plywood boards and did a nice job patching the hole. They also covered the exterior lines with an attractive cap, something the last team did not do.
